Our Culture

Empowering a YOU-FIRST Workplace

Work/Life Balance

It is important to prioritize personal and family time, faith, and interpersonal relationships over work time for a variety of reasons.

First and foremost, our personal and family relationships are a vital source of happiness and fulfillment in life. When we prioritize work over these relationships, we risk neglecting the people we care about and missing important moments and milestones. This can lead to feelings of guilt and regret, and can ultimately damage our relationships with the people we love.

In addition, taking time to focus on our personal lives allows us to recharge and refocus. When we are constantly working, we can become burnt out and lose motivation. Taking breaks to spend time with family and friends, pursue hobbies and interests, or simply relax can help us to feel rejuvenated and ready to tackle our work with renewed energy and focus.

Furthermore, prioritizing personal and family time can also have positive effects on our work. When we are well-rested and fulfilled in our personal lives, we are likely to be more productive and efficient in our work. We may also be able to approach our work with a more positive and creative mindset.

In short, prioritizing personal and family time is essential for maintaining strong relationships, improving overall well-being, and increasing productivity and effectiveness in the workplace. It is important to remember that while work is important, it is not the only aspect of our lives and should not be prioritized at the expense of our personal and family relationships or our faith.

Make no mistake though, with driven personal respect for our team, we expect the same respect in return. Our crew is passionate about the growth of the businesses in our community and across the country. Our creative leaders excel in the arts of marketing, design, web development, production, business development, branding, art, and more. We love to empower them with a playground to allow their imaginations to run wild.

At Infamousworks, we've always supported team empowerment by putting YOU first. Actually, we ask for it. You aren't putting your best foot forward in the workplace if you aren't your best self outside of it.

Our mission has been to create a culture that supports mental health and happiness, fosters strong familial and interpersonal bonds, and provides ample time and space for each team member to do so.

Additionally, we have always valued having our team members employed on long-term contracts or paid a salary. This is significant because we oppose "sick days," "time-off" requests, and the need to base your personal decisions on getting approval from your employer. Come and go as you like, and make as much investment in your personal and family life as you see fit, provided that we make a salary offer AND the required level of work is being submitted.

Why do we do this?
