It is important to prioritize personal and family time, faith, and interpersonal relationships over work time for a variety of reasons.

First and foremost, our personal and family relationships are a vital source of happiness and fulfillment in life. When we prioritize work over these relationships, we risk neglecting the people we care about and missing important moments and milestones. This can lead to feelings of guilt and regret, and can ultimately damage our relationships with the people we love.

In addition, taking time to focus on our personal lives allows us to recharge and refocus. When we are constantly working, we can become burnt out and lose motivation. Taking breaks to spend time with family and friends, pursue hobbies and interests, or simply relax can help us to feel rejuvenated and ready to tackle our work with renewed energy and focus.

Since day one, our goal has been to cultivate a culture that nurtures mental health and joy, empowers strong family and interpersonal connections, and gives each member of our team the space and time to do that.

It has also always been important to us that our team members are either salaried or hired on long-term contracts. This is important because we do not believe in "time-off" requests, "sick days" or having to live your personal life around requesting permission to do it from your employer. If we make a salaried offer AND if the expected caliber of work is being delivered, come and go as you please and invest in your personal and family life as much as you see fit.
