It is important to prioritize personal and family time, faith, and interpersonal relationships over work time for a variety of reasons.

When we prioritize work over these relationships, we risk neglecting the people we care about and missing important moments and milestones. In addition, taking time to focus on our personal lives allows us to recharge and refocus. When we are constantly working, we can become burnt out and lose motivation. Taking breaks to spend time with family and friends, pursue hobbies and interests, or simply relax can help us to feel rejuvenated and ready to tackle our work with renewed energy and focus.

Additionally, we have always valued having our team members employed on long-term contracts or paid a salary. This is significant because we oppose "sick days," "time-off" requests, and the need to base your personal decisions on getting approval from your employer. Come and go as you like, and make as much investment in your personal and family life as you see fit, provided that we make a salary offer AND the required level of work is being submitted.
